Is it hosted somewhere [reliable]? I can put it on my site if you need space. Otherwise it should just consist of entering a URL for it and you should be set. How about some more info... like what you've tried so far?

It could be a few reasons.
I believe I made it so that people can only upload jpgs. I did this because over on another forums I am an admin at their have been some animated gifs uploaded that have been 100 to 400 k in size.
I also think I set the limit to 50k max. This way even jpgs can't get all that large.

I tried to upload a hefty sized jpeg....maybe that's the problem
