I'd like to make a demo of the match with Rush, but I've never done it. Can someone please post instructions for me to make a demo please, thanks :)
bring down console while in game and type
record whateveryouwanttonameit
Hit enter and then hit the console button again.
all done
to stop it either leave the game, or just type stop into the console
You have to be careful, cuz there is a very similar command that formats your hard drive:P
how do you find the demo after you record it?
try Steam\SteamApps\*YourUsername*\ricochet\ricochet
It should be in there.
hmm I looked, it's not there. Oh well, my friend stopped by during and distracted me. I forgot to stop recording and just exited the game, probably why the demo isn't there maybe
Where ever it automatically gets saved to, you can play it by typing playdemo <filename>.dem in the console... so if it exists, you'll know that way, then search through your directories if it does play.
