woooot i actually did something and got it working

I added in a rc_discvelocity command that allows you to control the speed of the discs. Thanks to evil for the help.

I just watched it. Very interesting I liked when they were going super fast.

I haven't been able to watch it, it just doesn't connect for some reason.
