I'm not sure I quite understand that diagram, can you elaborate?

I think hes saying the bullets were outside of the crosshair as they hit. Some bullets do in fact go outside of the crosshair as it expands, so i wouldnt mind seeing this demo.

After a second read-through, I think it means that the cheat author decided to disguise it by having the bullets hit the body, instead of giving constant headshots.

As you can see on the chat there werent any headshots or rarely any.
