a friend of mine has this for a desktop. all it is is an html file used instead of a bmp or jpg background. I think it only works in xp and 2k though. I would've used it, but I'm so used to mine that I felt it counter productive to use a new setup.

You need to use a program called StyleXP and download visual styles from websites like
www.themexp.org.
I can provide you the executable and a key for it, if you'd like.
