I fould this website, while looking for a legal alternative to dng music. I was amazed at the unbelievibly cheap prices (Link) I looked through the legal information, and found that it must have a russian based server due to it having russian laws in place. If you download something that is legal in russian law, under the influence that it is entirely legal, can there be any reprocussions?

Probibly, ignorance generally isn't a valid excuse in the eyes of the law. So the question really is if this is a legal operation in the eyes of american law.

much like hosting torrent tracking servers is legal in europe and canada(?), but not in america:P
