I have the exact same kind of chair!
Its goes kinda "loose" in the back so your back sorta bends down in the back after one/two years. Then change it. It will really make you back sucky sucky.

I have that chair also....I have 2 extra pillows in it for the seat and the back because it is hard as a rock + it needs a head rest bad :P
