Just wonder how do I get the console back, it hasn't been working for a while, it stopped working when i installed dod for steam-_-

I don't know the exact way, but you have to go into the hl.exe file and bind your ` key to console.

For won half-life it needs to be like this in your short cut
hl.exe -console -game ricochet
For steam I have no idea.
you might want to open up your config.cfg file and use
bind "~" "toggleconsole"

I had this problem a while back on won. .in fact that's why i joined the forums initially .. to get help on how to fix it. lol that was almost a year ago.
When you bind it you gotta bind
bind "`" toggleconsole
bind"~" toggleconsole
well .. i had to bind 'em both anyways
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 60 that's what my target looks like for ricochet, cs is the same except it says applaunch 10. So i dunno you could always try adding -console. hey it worked for won!
