i'm not particularly a fan of anime but this series was pretty good. there's 24 episodes.

personally I don't see any good and evil side, they've both got their reasons and both are legitimate. It's a pretty intricate story, for a cartoon.

I watched X-1999 which was the movie version that came out before the tv series (I think). It was pretty messed up. They tried to compress too much into less then 2 hours and I think thats what messed it up.
I'm sure that they did a much better job with 24 episodes.
