Alright everybody. I just want some honest answers. I'm not going to yell, lecture, or commend anybody on there drinking habits. I just am curious how you guys fare compared to averages across the nation and at my university. So please, be honest!

Ok...just for your information to those who do not know.
A standard drink =
12 oz. of beer
4-5 oz. of wine
A shot of 100 proof liquor
10 oz. of a wine cooler or malt liquor

None of those options fit me. I probaly drink about 3-5 times a year. Mostly at parties and/or holidays.

I dunno, mabey once a month if that. Probably not even once a month mabey more like once every 2 or 3 months when you average it over the year. Also by too much i mean like 8+ standard drinks. Mind you I can drink a lot before getting drunk.

I drink probably an average of 3 drinks a day. What I actually drink on any given day is immensely variable, although i normally get wasted on mondays in a club and at home with friends any other day I feel like it. I also think that a beer in the evening helps out with relaxing into doing essays.
Currently working on getting my little homebrew mead factory up to speed. Need to negotiate with my housemates over use of the boiler room.
And no, I am not an alky.

Used to drink a lot, haven't recently due to my last fiasco which I believe if you look through the forums enough you can find out what happened:P. I'll only drink when with friends now which is rare because I don't get to see em often. Going to say once a month.

why isn't "i black out atleast once a week" or "atleast 5/7 days of the week i get hammered" on there?
i talked about this with my friend the other day...for the entire time ive been at school ive had alcohol constantly in my blood stream about 40-45% of the time. im including total time here, including nights and sleeping and class. ive gone maybe 3 days the entire time without atleast 1 drink during the day.
