Well, to make it a poll i'm putting up types of music...
my favorites would go something like this:

I'm really starting to dig the new band coming out Black Stone Cherry, They were the free download on itunes, don't know if they still are.
I love lots of other bands too, just my top ones.

The proper stuff, mind you. Not the Peter Andre/Shaggy/generic 90's ragga-pop ****.
@Acid: If I want the blues I'd get jazz. Blues rock never suited me somehow.
I would say, offhand, top few would bands at this moment would be:-
The Specials, The Scrub (well, maybe not until they actually get round to releasing a proper album rather than this EP malarky), Charlie Parker, RHCPs, Bad Religion, Gerry Rafferty, Pantera, Audioslave, catch-22.
And a few others of course, but thats a nice little cross-section for now.
