EST east coast of the states and Canada EDT (Eastern Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-4

CST of the states and Canada (Central Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-5

MST of the states and Canada (Mountain Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-6

PDT (Pacific Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-7

Central European Time (CET) = GMT+2 (Summer Time)

example if I click on the US link and find Nebraska and click on it, a clock comes up with the present time in Nebraska, and the GMT present time.
