I think Powered retired, and he said he was kicked out of RiP. I don't know whether this is true or not, but either way I don't think the site will come up...

No one kicked him out... he was just being a baby and said he's gonna quit RC altogether. Well, he will return, as other players have. I personally wouldn't let him back into RiP.
