Uhm, it's just a dust devil, sure it's big, but you can't really believe it's a tornado.
(no wow from me because I've seen this before heh)

lol yeah just a dust devil:Din southern California and living in the middle of the desert i get the "pleasure" of seeing those all the time....the ones i think are most spectacular are the ones that literally strip the paint off of peoples cars lol:P

Yeah I've seen lots on my trips to Las Vegas through greyhound (bus), though only once here in the valley while at my high school, lots of little cyclones form in the P.E. field, but that one time was something else heh.

I belive tornados have to start from the clouds and reach the ground.
