Well, if you think logically....no would be the best answer out of yes and no.
Yes = Yes he can make a boulder he can't life, and yes he can lift it. No = No he can't make a boulder he can't lift, and no he can't lift it. One might think this would be a paradox as well, but if you read the first question and answer again you would find that he can't create said boulder. Thus, there would be no boulder to lift so he also can't lift the boulder. I think I need some coffee...

I would have to answer no, if I answered yes the entire situation would be a paradox. Yes = It makes an unliftable boulder and then lifts it, No = It doesn't make anything so there really is no more question.
