Let's put it this way... I could use relief at least once a day (not sure how old you are, but in my age range that's pretty much the norm)... so masturbation is a must... and besides, even if you are getting it every day (which I physically can't because I live 80 miles from my girlfriend), most guys still need to do a little whacking every so often.
