Different laws, different countries anon. Here in the US it's state-by-state... some states don't allow pornography at all, some states don't even allow oral sex (Virginia...). The legal age of consent is also different state to state... in California the legal age of consent is 18... which really means more along the lines of you can't be 18 and have sex with someone under 18... no legal charges are going to go to a couple of 17 year olds having sex. There is also a special stipulation here that if one partner is over 18, and the other is under 18 but within three years, it's legal. So a 20-year-old could legally have sex with a 17-year-old... I don't think it's a great law, it should be brought down to two years (18 and 15... come on... 16 I can accept).

As for porn laws in CA, the legal age is 18... some states it's 21 I think... others it's illegal period. I think those are the three main laws. No idea what any Canadian or European laws are.

*cough* 65% *cough* er, i mean. It's more of a business for me anyways, starting in 9th grade i used to sell cd's of it to kids. i used my powers of internet prowess and having a "good eye" to make like, way to much money.

Ok, i know, if there were a hell i've basically just bought a ticket to it, but hey, a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do.

Thats actually a really good idea sage. But the hell thing is kind of a draw back.

I happen to know the law of the particular matter of where frooty lives (the UK). Its british common law, thats basically how canada got its law about the 18 and older, ditto with the UK. You can actually legally have sexual relations with a 14 year old.

As far as the 18 year old with the 15 year old, i say it depends on the couple. If both are virgins then its probably ok, but most 15 year olds arent mature enough to have sex safely.

For me it's not so much about age, but stage of life. A senior in high school is much more mature than a freshman, and that's a bit of my prob with it... then again, maybe in some cases it's just circumstances we don't understand. However, if the 18 is a guy in college (me, for example) and the 15 is a freshman or sophomore in high school, then I think it's downright wrong. There's something not cool about a college man prowling for high school girls. Only case I ever see that being ok is if they are two years apart and were together before the guy went off to college. I think at a certain point it changes... once both are into there 20's, age doesnt really become an issue uness you want a long term thing and the age difference could affect the kids. Other than that, both are adults, make your decision.

If any of you are thinking "he's only using older guy examples...." that's because I think that's the only case where it can be "wrong." An older woman isn't going to negatively affect a young guy, just make him excited and brag his whole life. I don't see too much of a problem with it aside from relationship problems... he can get attached, she might not be.

The youngest one being 18 really makes it a big diffrence. I doubt there are any major issues with the older woman and younger guy. She may still be equally as attached if not more, as well as less, you cant dismiss any possibility. Too many variables.

I'm gonna nit pick about what you said G, about the life stages. The college man looking for a high school girl, well i dont think any college guys specifically looks for a high school girl. If you find an amazing woman, and she happens to be in high school, and your in college, i highly doubt you will let her go by, just because of that reason.

Oh I agree... it's just a general statement, because in most cases no one in college is gonna crew up with people that include a freshman in high school. And if she's some super amazing woman, I doubt there are many 15-year-olds with that kind of maturity. But again, just a general thing, it was more to make a point that 24 and 21 is no big deal, but 18 and 15 can be.

you will surely know who Ron Jeremy or Jenna Jamison are if you haven't seen them in a long time.
I got 15% cuz I knew them still this month? Craziness!
