Last I heard the dozer was stopped due to maybe a busted rad but the guy was still inside.

The guy is dead, but a report on how he died has not be released yet. They used explosives on the hinges to get in.

He had layed armored, its 1/2 inch steal, come conctreate and then more steal. Basically nothing was getting in there easy.

The part you quoted says "apparently". Thats not a confermation of anything, it could have been anything that caused his death.

12 in concrete, must have takin awhile to get that off, my bet is the steel flew off from the explosion getting in and killed him, I bet with that much armor on it he didn't plan on exiting, I don't know though.

i still say he shot himself..no way any of their guns could go through it..like tehy said on the news..they had to get a high powered armor piercing rifle from military to shoot through it..but that was 10 miles away...then he got stuck blah blah blah he died....poor guy..all he wanted to do is some demolition :>

I do agree that he probably shot himself. From my understanding he was pissed at the city councle (least some of them) for allowing a concreate factory to expand around his business which caused him to loose buisness.

So I can understand why he did what he did. He didn't go after actual people, he avoided them as much as he could so he didn't want to kill anyone, he just wanted to ruin their buisnesses like they ruined his.
