Works in CS:S also.

Just saw this while testing something.

While your in-game:

1. Push console button or ESC
2. Click Player List *Its a menu option.
3. Click their name and click the mute button.
<@Miagi> !8 Am I spamming?
<@ChanServ> Miagi: Yes.
<@Miagi> !8 Should I stop?
<@ChanServ> Miagi: Oh, please, PLEASE, make it stop!
