Broken tooth is an elite beast that you have to tame to be your pet. Elite makes him special and rare to find.
Smartass aka impatients tamed him and his name was Cat.
Last night he went back to being rare with the silver dragon around his picture and Broken Tooth for his name, but it still says Impatients pet....now thats special

what sucks about rare spawns now is that they use to actually have a special attribute to them. And they nerfed that back in 1.4 of WoW or something. Soa ll the rare spawn pets are all the same now.
There is also a murloc pet you can get, I think you had to go to blizz con last year and get some sort of a card. There is also a mini diablo, you have to buy some sort of gold or special edition of wow to get that.
Yeah, there was a gift voucher that came with the special eddition, you could get a zergling, panda or diablo, I know this because they're on every free server.... Wonton wow all the way!
