Scheduling needs to be purchased.
If the dealership has purchased it and you still can't access it, you'll need to call R&R.
However, there is a user level security that could be preventing you from accessing it.

Yeah when I try and bring it up it says "APPLICATION NOT ACCESSIBLE" so I think we just arent using it yet for some reason.
