Over all it documents the expenditure of sweat blood and pain to move through things in life, and that other bits come along to help out. Sometimes things can get so out of hand though, that it's hard to believe that things are really going the way they are.
Also, it gives way to a general overtone that the future is unknown, and that causes problems as it becomes difficult to know whether tomorrow is worth it, today.
