if i look at my 'best of' cd collection, half of it is mid to late 80's industrial (particularly skinny puppy, clock dva, front 242, etc...). i don't know why i like it, it's just what i gravitate towards...i feel the sound empowers me and gives me confidence when played loud. as a rule, i hate all those genres of music you listed and, besides, why classify your musical tastes into a straight jacket?
the other half is what may be classified as experimental or miscellaneous music...music that i feel is challenging and constructive. the sound can range from emmersive ambience to cold digital minimalism to acoustic experiments with mallets applied to sheets of tin metal....whatever...basically unique music i like to make time for to appreciate and enjoy. if that sounds somewhat interesting to you, then i would recommend einsturzende neubauten's "drawings of patient o.t." and autechre's "draft 7.30" as starting points.
to fill in the gaps, i listen to a variety of strange stuff on internet radio.
