Drink less, stop smoking, lose weight, become an awesome swordfighter.
Unhealthy ones:-
Drink more, dance more, become an awesome swordfighter
Random ones:-
Stop arguing with housemates, join a pirates society, practise saxophone more, join a band, rock more, study more, blah
Most important one:-
Do something random every day
