Man, stuff like this remind me of what a big-time vandal I was in my early teens. I would tag fences, set people's lawn furniture on fire and throw rocks and bricks through the windows of homes and small businesses...etc. There was a thrill to be had I guess but I really regret it..it wasn't fair to damage and steal other people's property...and I did it constantly. Not to imagine the fear and uneasiness it creates for others.
