Also - I live only a couple of miles from Savastore.com (AKA Watford Electronics).
I have witnessed several arguments inside this shop over faulty goods, surcharges for returns etc.
My friend bought a supposedly new hard disk from this shop a few years back to find someone elses Windows installation complete with CV on it. He actually had to get trading standards involved to receive a refund.
Although they have allegedly improved, I still read horror stories on the uk.* newsgroups.
