Science is simply taught wrongly. Instead of forcing kids to read a text book then testing on book knowledge, heres what I would do:
I think the the curriculum of science should be base on doing different things (like a baking soda rocket) and then explain to the students how it was made or why something happened. Then see if any students can improve on it. Then on the test, the student should be able to explain how and why reactions in this nature occur.
That's why I don't like science class. I'm done with the rant.:)
