RULES for ARENA TOURNAMENT SUMMER 2006

Here is the deal, I needed to see if you guys were going to keep up with the information posted on the website. I gave you a week to sign up under the rules, if you did not, then I assume you are not reading the forums and therefore would not have known who your opponent was if the tourney had already begun.
It starts today with the names I have in this thread.
