Most skate parks do have a shop. However, they are usually more expensive.
And eugh, i hate malls. The people who work there are on commission. They really dont care if you get what you want, they just need to sell it to your mom. Also, they usually have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to aggressive skates. They will try to sell you some garbage. Do your research, know what ya want, dont take any substitutes at the mall (unless the substitute is worth it). Check around some towns, Skateboarding is getting so big now that most areas have some sort of skate shop, but that doesn't help with blading.
