in the scenario in the picture above, even if scope's or one of the other guys' parents were there, the adults would get into big trouble for hosting a party for minors

Basically, with supervision, you can give your own kid alcohol in your own house, but go somewhere else or throw another minor into the picture, then you'll have law enforcement up your ass (and probably a few prisoners too).
