Potential scrim RiP vs. uT
#10
I think that if we all hang out on MIRC at the time of the match, we can rotate players to the server in a fast and effective way, If we dont use MIRC it would be a slow and tedious match and everyone would get bored, and lose interest.
Seems to me that they could somehow use the program already in place in CS or TFC to pick sides when joining the game, and apply that to ricochet, I realize that that is easier said then done, but sence I dont know anything about how computer games work, it seems like it is really easy, when you already have a working model in other video games.
But back to the other subject of holding a match now, we could have a ref. that, at the end of each match time could enter the server and get the scores and then everyone would exit, and then the next 2 could join for a predetermend amount of time, and so on. while the matches are taking place the scores "running totals" could be posted on MIRC and updated at the end of each match, until the entire match is over.
The reason for a ref is so that we dont have to continually have to start a 10 or 15 min. map cycle, the ref would just keep time and stop the match by entering when time is up.
