I don't really prefer one or the other overall. EA NBA series has not been too great in the past couple years. Baseball wise EA did a good job this year compared to previous.
I liked 2K's football before the EA-NFL deal. I was never a stat man. EA seems to be heavy on stats and stuff like that. I just liked my sports games simple when I do play them.
I liked arcade like sports games. During my high school days NBA Jam was a fun party game. Wish they would bring that back. The first couple Blitz games from Midway were good, but the EA-NFL thing kinda hurt that series.
