Linux DLL for DM

Here is the Linux dll for .asm's respawn kill fix. I cannot test it out on a Linux server as I am using that box for web development right now.

Have you got the source as this will not work for me. Reckon it's down to the same compile issue I have.

what happens when you load it and try to start the server? any error messages?

Yeah, standard error message I get with any externally compiled .so for Ricochet or Adminmod. I have to compile locally or it don't work.
