There is the hall of shame

Its a list of users that shouldn't be on the servers because they have borken rule after rule even after saying they wouldn't. Or they used bigotted remarks.

Some of the users have made it back into the community from the hall of shame, and so far they seem to be doing ok. They push buttons right to the edge but haven't stepped over that edge yet.
