I talked with Fueled Mod team and they said we are welcomed to use their irc server. It hasn't crashed once since I was on it.

Yeah, the owner is transfering to a new server. Gamesurge is back up though, soo everyones on gamesurge again.

Join the xplaygames server. It's a good backup for when Gamesurge goes down which seems to be numerous times a day as of late.

Here is the web based chat link to the backup server. It will only be active when game surge is not working... which might mean it becomes the one mainly used. lol :P
