2V2 arena map

the 2v2 map is on the arena server game11.holdouts.com:27018
it is so much fun and adds a new dimension to the game
you would think this would finally get valve's attention but Im thinking probably not
;)

I know miagi and pique were working on it at different times, not sure who is responsible for all the work maybe you guys can do a little patting your own back so we have the history of the 2v2 game here

I did the coding part.

Pique did the mapping part.

Many others such as PNG, GRITS, wha?, rUsh, smartass, pique, and a few others from #vadavaka IRC channel did the testing. :thumb:

I had an incredible time on this map. Really brings something new and interesting to the game. Great work miagi, pique, and all the testers.
