I would have to say Amazon.com for me. They just have such a variety of things.
Most of my game purchases have gone through Ebgames.com. I also use Bestbuy.com since they have free ground shipping.
I also use Newegg for my latest computer stuff like the new LCD monitor I'm am using.

I think the one I bought from was called thinkgeek.com, it is where I got my snazzy multicolored lighted mouse pad:P

I also like amazon.com but prefer the way thinkgeek.com 'feels' when you navigate through it
