yeah i think that second to the last might mean a bump or something....
could be different to americans....

It could mean a steep hill and a sudden drop, can be dangerous for trucks holding a large load.

but why are they all in red outlined triangles. . a bunch of 'em should be yellow or white squares.

Red outlined triangles mean danger... the yellows and whites squares signs can be see in USA, Australia and a few other countries.
The second from the last is common... at least in Belgium. Scrye is right it's a bump, bumps are usually where there are pedestrian crossings and are there to make the drivers slow down.
It must be a translation from the french joke I saw about 1 year ago (130 is the speed limit on highway in France) so that explains why there are no yellow signs:P
