Not sure if anyone knows or got the global message a month ago but gamesurge allows you to set a custom title by choosing one from a list.
You can change it after 30 days and can remove(but not re-add) anytime..
You just need an authserv account and hide your hostmask.
It just replaces user.gamesurge.net with whatever.gamesurge.net.
