Detection is key...

I recently found this site it checks your computer for any spyware software that marketing companies like to install on our computers. It not only detects them, tells you what they are, but they also tell you how to delete them.

....or you can download this free utility and it works great. It allows you to get updated packages and will block all spyware programs. You can even immunize your
PC to remember them.

yeah i use spybot...it's nice...i recently got some spyware that somehow managed to diable my pop-up blocker and give me seemingly random doses of inane ads as well as a shitty dirty toolbar for my IE (those 'rate my bod' and 'am i hot or not' sites usually always have a spyware problem). so i got the spybot...and it's all good. btw...to anybody who submits photos to that shit: '1' and 'not' respectively...<_<

Somehow I can't see yours being a serious contender, though it might if that's all that ever came up in a browser:P As for SpyBot/Adware ... both are fairly good and come up with a lot of programs, but for ultimatacy (new word?) sake... use both :-D
