Cecil goes by many names freefall. here are a few:
cecil, linus, killingSpree, showtime...etc. he was an original leader of RiP. some would say his skills come from a magical herb found only in the mythical land of Ivalice.:huh:

allright saw this guy named Cecils Right Hand Man dunno who it was, then some other dudes rolled in. One guy named 16 saying cecil was shit, probably just messing with me i dont care. ***I'm Stupid for Swearing*** yall.
