There is a virus in one or more of the attachments going around on the http://www.steampowered.com forums.
Don't download ANYING from the one known as t0y22. He is parts of a clan that does nothing but cheating and hacking.
If you do download anything from there scan it for viruses before you use it. If its an exe just delete it. Its its an exe inside of a zip just delete the whole thing.

Whoops sorry, SS just informed me its not a virus its a malicious script which will try to format your hard drive.
