in el morad castle, if your looking at the main gate, turn around, go up that road, he should be on your right after the big thing with the axe and before the statue.

I found him, you can't see the tag on top of his head unless you're about 5 feet away, but you can see the royal chef when you walk in the castle....not to mention the fact they haven't updated the info on the website to match the new content in the game....good job
but what do you expect for free.....

Use the direct exe not the loader. It works for me.
