Completely wasted my engineering degrees

Received a culinary degree

Helped form a new restaurant in Charlotte, NC.

I am still around, I suck at Ricochet though:(

The job openings for Engineers is blown out of proportion. I didn't want to work for the government so my career opportunities were limited. Cooking is awesome:)
