Where are you now?
#1
Curious what everyone is up to these days.

Updates for me would be:
1. Recently got promoted to a new position as an IT Site Tech. aka network admin for 2 small campuses. I'm still working for the same college that I graduated from, but in a different position and different locations:).
2. I still play KO and pretty much have beastly gear. Full shell +9 set rocks.
3. I'm eventually going to be moving back towards wilkes-barre as that will put me smack in the middle of my 2 campuses that I take care of.
Right now I have to drive about 30 minutes to get to one of my campuses, then about an hour to get to the next which is further north in png territory:).
4. Still got the same pc system that I built earlier this year. There's a thread somewhere. Might buy a bigger monitor though B)

Still in school for physics. I have at least three more semesters, probably four. I'll be a seventh year by the time I get my undergraduate degree.

I tutor physics classes at my school when it's in session.

No summer job. I don't have a car and no one in my town is hiring.

I play TF2 a bunch now and just got into quakelive.com. I admin on a couple servers. http://thecouchonline.net if you're interested in the servers.

I've had a laptop for two years now. Works great still. I dual-boot with Ubuntu so I've been playing around with some linux. I run the DC++ server at my school.

I am the president of a volunteer organization at my school called BonaResponds. We travel around the country during our breaks to help out with the natural disasters (Katrina, Ike, random tornados and floods). We do local stuff a couple times a month. http://bonaresponds.org

Kinda have a girlfriend. Met her about a month ago, but she goes to school in Florida, so we've already agreed it's just a summer thing.

That's all for me.

I'm still trying to get into peoples' heads.

I've become quite good at making people sound like they said something that they didn't. I've been named "The Sound Clip Guy" at work.

Been playing TF2 for a few months...got boring after I got all the achievements...but I might still play every so often.

I have to leave for work...so this post may be continued...

You've gotten all the achievements already? Really? You don't just mean all the unlockables but all the achievements too? Wow. I was happy when I finally closed out the pyro class.

unlockables? what's that?

I dunno if you played before the sniper/spy update but there used to not be any random "finding" of items. To get a new weapon (The Ubersaw, The Sandvich, The Sandman, The Axetinguisher, etc.) you had to get to the class milestones. Each milestone would give you a new weapon, or aka, an unlockable.

I am the service manager for our KIA store, we just bought 3 more dealerships this summer.
I have been playing a bunch of golf and pretty much stopped playing WoW, Miagi I have been playing
on my old char sometimes on KO just for fun, look me up when you are on ( you could send some good daggers)
if you wanted ;P, I logged on and had everything but daggers still. We are looking to buy another dealership
here in town from my OTHER brother in laws, which might make for some interesting storys. My son is now
16 and we bought him a moped which was stolen the first month he had it, so we bought him another and
he is much more careful with it now.

also I bought bioshock and Oblivian, I really like Bioshock.

I'm still in school at Marshall. I moved out of my parent's house and live in Huntington now. I just quit my job on Thursday... it was only for summer. I was a painter for the dorm rooms. I start my new job on August 24th. I'll be a cafeteria worker here on campus. Only reason why I'm doing that is because there is potential to move up with the company that cooks the food at school. Sodexho used to be the enemy, now they're my boss...

I'm working on a management major, management information systems major, and a entrepreneurial minor, which I'll have by the time I graduate. Was supposed to graduate in May, but since I picked up the second major I'm here an extra semester. I'm starting on my 4th year of college, and really have to buckle down this year. I want to get my MBA and maybe a Juris Doctor degree... depends on how I feel after the undergrad degree is finished.

I haven't really played any computer games in a long time. If I'm playing anything it's on the PS3 that I acquired for FREE! Some college students have too much money to just throw away... but it worked out in my favor! Before the Xbox/PS3 debate starts, must say I just grabbed the PS3 cause the kid gave it to me.

Do Saturn dealers still use the ERA system from Reynolds and Reynolds?

I am still in College pursuing my Criminal justice degree. After that I hope to get my LSAT done and attend law school.

Other than that I lead a boring life.

Im in college pursuing my RN degree...

I use to play WoW, but quit because WoW sucks period..

Actually every MMORPG sucks to be real...

I guess im just getting older..

I just bought me a wii today, and bought super mario bros for wii... I played 4 players w/ my friends, and it was mad fun!

We also played boxing.... I'll get house of the dead w/ the guns pretty soon...

I mean to be honest, I don't play video games like I use to anymore. It's just that I only play when my friends come over. The wii is totally fun...

I don't like games like Call of Duty, because I went through that RPG phase, when I played counter-strike.. All these kids playing COD on xbox are just now getting the, "Whoa I can play w/ my friends online through mass multiplayer w/ the internet". That's why these RPG console games are so damn popular....

Honestly, I like the wii because I don't get addicted and waste my time like I did w/ WoW. And w/ consoles I can always turn things off, unlike w/ WoW you had to be there for the raids and stuff.
It's really a family console.. I played boxing w/ my pops today, and he doesn't know squat about video games... But he sure did whoop me in a couple of rounds of boxing lol.

Overall if you want to bond w/ your family and kids, i'll say buy a wii. The wii also has games that are rated "Mature" for the adult croud. They actually cus and have blood in them.
Mario Kart is badass as well..

But to be on the subject.. Im still chillin in LA, CA.. I think about you guys now and then. The vadavaka community is really dead... But we sure did last a long time in the video-game world didn't we?:).

Man seems like yesterday I was up 10 hours playing ricochet in it's prime w/ good people. Learned alot from you guys..

Now that I look back at it... Was I really an angry kid? LOL. It's so late, but im just cracking myself up... It's 3:22 AM here.

I have this stupid xbox 360 that I only use to watch dvds on. I have a job also making $1000-1,500 every 2 weeks.. It's not alot, but it's plenty for a college student.

Life is going real good tho... I got my grown man on... And I got my female game running smooth... Im kinda cocky now lol.. Or maybe I've always been like that, because I always try to be the best at these video games lol.

But man what's up w/ all this music on the radio now? It's all garbage... I listen to this guy named Mark Levin on politics. Guy is hella funny. Im no Demo Or Repub, but I love Mark Levin. Im just learning right now, and expanding my mind infinitely. Im not trying to get caught up in the fast life, im taking one step at a time right now.

I swear to God, you guys helped me mature super QUICK through my life, by putting up w/ my mishaps and whatnot. I want to write a book how the videogame world has shaped my personality. Im really blessed, and I've came a long way for a kid who grew up in the ghetto of Los Angeles.. I use to play ricochet w/ you guys while I heard gunshots in the backround w/ police and ambulance sirens.

Man.. if I didn't have you guys I would be outside, and I probably would be dead on the real. Sometimes it's a good thing to be glued to the screen lol... All those knuckleheads outside gangbaging.. sooo STUPID! I don't understand it. Playing w/ mature players like you guys, has taught me that you always have a choice in life. That you can always have fun, and still take care of yourself in life.. It never has to be one-sided. The best thing in my life I can say about my addiction to games back in the day is that.. Im glad I wasn't addicted to any drugs, but I was addicted to a video game w/ you guys lol.

I mean I know kids who I went to school w/ that are no longer living... It's that insane man... I chill and reflect on life.. and thank God that im blessed, to have my own freewill. Im expanding yo:).

I really love all of you guys man, for real tho.. understand that.

I'm still at University now going to UWO. Finishing my Undergrad this year... finally. Study habits have never been my strength since I'm usually too busy with video games n other wastes of time to get my shit together. Sometimes life is hard, but when it isn't particularly, I have a real talent for making it that way. Still, I've managed to find some areas that interest me and I am at least going to get my degree and see where it gets me soon enough.

So there's my situation, nothing to brag about. Take it for what it is. After reading some of the more sincere posts on here I felt I had to be honest, at least.
