regarding the CS server

I am almost done with this server. I will for sure finish it today. I would
have finished last night, but had to replace ftp daemon on some machines
cause inetd daemon kept dying on me.

regarding the TS server, guess I need your steamids again, might explain why admin is not working on steam rico too

I did convert the TS server to STEAM. I put the first two users you listed
below as users for adminmod cause all the other users in it were non-steam.
So can you try it again and let me know if it works ok.
