Lots of musicians on these forums...mostly guitar players a few brass and a bass player or two and a few drummers...(have to say them last or they will forget you said them by the time they reach the end of the sentence)^_^
I don't have good pictures of my stuff but we were talking today on mIRC and said I would share when I got home.
It would be best if you were playing your own stuff but if that is not possible just post any picture even if you get it off line....so long as you state whether you want it or own it already so you receive the appropriate ewws and ahhhs.
My Amplifier!!
I'd post a pic of my other amp but a small 15 watt randall doesn't merit posting
I also have a keyboard sitting dusty in my room, I should start playing it more, I only really use it now and agin. Then there's the sax. . It was my mum's from highschool, then my sister started it and then i tried teaching myself it around the same time i got my guitar. . so I didn't do too much, I still wanna learn it though. I believe that's it...if not I'll post it at a later date.
i have:
-Epiphone SG special electric guitar (great little cheap-o, real solid)
-a 1976 Hollow body Bolero electric (great blues guitar, made in Japan for the American Bicentenial)
-a Durango 3/4 size classical (the one i play when i don't feel like plugging something in)
-an Ibanez Soundgear Bass guitar (another cheap-o, but a nice bass when i'm experimenting)
but the one i love the most is my Fender FV1 Electric Violin, cos it has awesome sound, whether you're playing soft and sweet, or loud and distorted. jebus, i love it.
also, i'm looking for a good electric cello, something along the lines of Gretta Cohn's (from Cursive), but holy cow, they're expensive.
and this is my other chile, the SG. i'll try to get a pic of my Bolero, but i don't think i'll find one. i haven't even been able to find any existence of the company or model, nor the humbucker models, or anything that i can find written on it. it was very used when i found it, but other than what the dealer let me know, i don't know much about the history of this guitar. maybe it's worth some money, but it's doubtful. it just has a great tone.
i used to have a Harmony, it was a great guitar, despite it being worth about $50. when i got the SG, i donated the Harmony to my school, since they didn't have any, but as far as Strat copies go, it was great for the money.
that be my noob guitar that i'm tryin to learn on, some Peavey starter one.. and a 15 Watt Peavey amp..
That also be my old Casio CT470 keyboard, I got a Yamaha PSR-640 in other room.. *finds a pic off net*
epiphone's parent company is Gibson, pretty much anything that Gibson produces, Epiphone will produce a little cheaper with a little less quality, so that the average consumer can afford the $1200 Les Paul instead of the $4500 Les Paul. droooool.
